Yes it does. A few schools up and down the country have smaller classes than normal and no teachers due to this nasty Luckily Karl and I haven't caught it yet, fingers crossed, touch wood and all that

I'm doing a NZQA accredited course on caregiving, which goes hand in hand with my job.......all payed for by my employer, tho I have to pay the coarse fee back if I leave within the next six months but at this stage I don't have any intentions of doing that. Course runs for about 5 months. Finding it a little tough at the moment as studying is not something i've done for a very long time.......about 30 years

Think Richard is realy enjoying the band but is not enjoying work at present which is fair enough we all get like that

Oh no, poor girls. That flu seems to be hitting everyone!

What kind of course are you doing? It must be pretty full on trying to fit that in with work and family and stuff.

The band is going really well. I managed to break a bass string somehow the other day, but luckily Richard was able to put the new ones on for me! I'm moving house this week, so we'll have a new place to jam. Plus John Dean's drums are coming tomorrow, so everything seems to be falling into place!
